I had an incredible experience with this shop and will be returning for future needs. It had been about 3 days from my first call to having the work completed. I was incredibly pleased with the costumer service as well as the service to my car. Before I had dropped my car off I was feeling weary about driving it at all and now it feels like it did when I first got it. There was no "up-selling", very straight forward and honest.
I would and will recommend this shop to friends and family.

Seems like a good shop… took my vehicle there to have a specific thing done. Got talked into doing a pre inspection (looking to get my car safetied but that wasn’t what I was coming to there shop for and it wasn’t what I asked for, but figured hey sure as long as I get the issue I’m coming there for done) they looked over the car (they weren’t at it very long and it wasn’t all stuff I already have done myself and had other shops do… hence the reason I was there… to get a repair done so the vehicle would pass inspection and they really didn’t do a full pre inspection … which I was ok with because I didn’t need/ or want it) then they finally looked at the issue I brought my car there for, only to tell me they can’t/wont fix it and then charged me 75 because they put it up on a hoist for 10 minutes lol. I feel like I got screwed out 75 bucks just for them to tell me the thing you need fixed, isn’t that bad but it needs to be fixed. Thanks guys!! The staff seem friendly and it looks like it could be a good shop but my experience wasn’t all that good. Waisted my time and money… and buddy had the audacity to say “ I’m charging you 75 bucks, and that’s generous” lol ok buddy. Generous? BS! I payed and left the shop thinking I just payed these guys for doing absolutely nothing!!!!

So I see you guys have responded with some inaccuracies. Like I mentioned above I did not want or need a safety inspection. And if you guys are unable to do certain bushings you should mention that on the phone when I called you to ask if you guys did bushings… it’s that simple. Don’t bring me in and waste my time starting an inspection I didn’t want or ask for to then turn around and tell me that you can’t do the bushing work. A waste of my time and money. IF YOU CANNOT DO CERTAIN WORK, LET THE CLIENT KNOW… don’t bring them into your shop to dick em around for a half an hr… and yes you only had my vehicle up on the hoist for about 10-15 min… because soon as you seen the bushing (which was the only reason I was there) you guys noticed it needed changing and you didn’t have the tools to do it. Wim and the crew are phenomenal. Highly recommended if you want an honest and highly skilled garage to go to.
