This shop is a gem. I visited Otis Gear to have a rebuild performed on my differential. I found Kevin to not only be highly knoweldgeable and experienced, but also very friendly and straight forward. No gimmicks, no upsell, no sales tactics.
Turnaround time was quick, pricing was very reasonable, but the best part is the open and transparent communication. I received photos before, during, and after the work and Kevin took the time to explain the answers to my questions and never made me feel like I was a burden on his time.
Highly recommend Kevin and Otis Gear for anyone looking for differential or driveline work.
Excellent service; went in for a quick oil change, noticed rear diff seal was going.
Got it ordered up and replaced in a couple hours.
Incredibly competitive pricing, should honestly be charging more.
Also has great hot chocolate.
Great job done on my transmission rebuild. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and meticulous. Great prices. Definitely recommend this place for a transmission or rear differential rebuild.
Kevin Davidson makes getting your vehicle fixed a really easy, stressless process. He tells you what's wrong with it before he starts working on it along with the cost options. Very great guy to talk to, I've been going here for years.
