This shop is a gem. I visited Otis Gear to have a rebuild performed on my differential. I found Kevin to not only be highly knoweldgeable and experienced, but also very friendly and straight forward. No gimmicks, no upsell, no sales tactics.
Turnaround time was quick, pricing was very reasonable, but the best part is the open and transparent communication. I received photos before, during, and after the work and Kevin took the time to explain the answers to my questions and never made me feel like I was a burden on his time.
