Fantastic service! Our windshield wipers stopped working, and after the dealership diagnosed the problem but couldn’t make the repair due to a lack of parts, we called this shop. We were heading to Ottawa for a concert, and they went above and beyond — they confirmed they had the parts, squeezed us in that same day, and got us back on the road in time for the concert!<br><br>As a bonus, the technician also pointed us toward an inexpensive part on Amazon to fix our key fobs. We’ve already received it and are thrilled to have a working fob again.<br><br>Friendly, helpful, efficient service. We would highly recommend this shop!
Brought my car in because the brakes sounded weird. They road tested it and took a look and couldn't find the source of the issue, but the sound went away. I would have been happy to pay a diagnostic fee to know my brakes were safe but instead they only charged me $6 for a new lug nut. They have a stellar reputation for a reason!
