Top notch customer service. There's no better tire store in Ottawa.
Very efficient and fast service. Quick responses and information via email and quick appointments. Comfortable lobby while you wait and friendly service! My husband and I both use them for our tires and recommend them to people we know!
Khal and his team are professional, efficient, courteous, and honest. I have been going to Ottawa Tires and Rims for many years for seasonal tire changes, tire storage, and tire repairs. The wheel balancing is always spot on, and they consistently offer the best prices in town for tires and rims with amazing, honest pricing.

Beyond the great value, what keeps me coming back year after year is their level of customer service. Khal and his staff treat you with respect, never push unnecessary upsells, and make sure you're getting the right tire for your vehicle and driving conditions. Even during the peak spring and fall tire rushes, the turn-around time is fast, organized, and stress-free. If you're looking for a dependable, transparent, and top-tier tire shop in Ottawa, I cannot recommend Khal and his team highly enough!
