First time needing service in Owen Sound and I have to tell you how super impressed I was with OK Tire and Service!! Not only were they accommodating to my need for urgent assess and service, they were most friendly and very knowledgeable. Front desk team A+++! We had driven 4 hours in our truck pulling a trailer to camp with our grandkids when my truck somehow went into 4x4 and stayed there. It would not drive properly and was not safe. I called OK Tire and spoke with them about it. They were busy that day but could do it the next day. I wanted to drop it off because I was 30 minutes away and didn't want to chance getting stuck at the camp ground and having to tow it in. When I got there, they provided me with a courtesy car to get back camping. Well, they managed to look at it that same day and sent me a list of suggestions they found after an inspection and emailed it to me. I called to discuss and to my surprise they fixed the 4x4 issues and let me know I could pick it up that same day. Job was done great, truck is running better than before and the invoice was very, very reasonable. They took a very troubling situation and took all the stress of me so I could enjoy myself.
