Krown Rust Control

I will never be back and never recommend your service to anyone.
I was left quit disgusted the last time I had my car in for an undercoating and rust proofing. I had a lot of work done on my car that year and wanted the new parts protected, (4 quick struts, ball joint, gas tank and filler neck.) After krown work was done I had the car on the hoist at my brothers place and the only visible spots for oil where around the outside of my car as if it was done while still on the ground, nothing done under my hood like on top of the new struts nothing no plugs removed for proofing doors and trunk lid. Had they had my car on the hoist the tank and strapping would have been done. I just couldn't believe it I was left so shocked I didn't even bother to return, knowing that if this is the service I'm getting what is the point. Please have an independent garage do your undercoating, I've had better service from a guy who use to do it at the end of a laneway years back. People need to take responsibility for their inactions and until we the customer hold them accountable nothing will change.

Hands down the tightest run ship I've seen in a while. Technicians were meticulous and payed attention detail in application. Facility was clean and orderly. Highly recommend

Had my vehicle treated at Krown a couple of times now and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was explained clearly, the service was quick, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Wayne especially made the whole thing easy — super friendly, straight to the point, and actually takes the time to make sure you understand what’s being done to your vehicle.
It’s rare these days to walk into a place and feel like you’re dealing with someone who genuinely cares instead of just rushing you through, but that’s exactly how it felt here.
Overall, great service, great people, and I’ll definitely be back.

Front staff was very accommodating for I came 1 hour earlier for my appointment 🥺 But the staff took me in no time 👌
