Christian is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to fully explain our boiler system, showed us how to operate it properly, and informed us of proper annual servicing. He suggested possible repairs to look out for, and possible upgrades to the system - all very helpful for new homeowners who have never used a boiler!
