This business responded to a frantic call for an electrician to deal with a brand new water heater that would not power up after install. They were my 5th attempt to find an electrician on a Friday afternoon. They actually answered the phone and assured me somebody would be there soon. The young man who arrived at my door pretty quickly figured out the plumber had incorrectly wired the water heater and fixed it without issue. After a day spent cleaning up a flood in my basement, I was able to enjoy a toasty hot bath to melt away the day's work. Thank you so much!
