Mr. Lube + Tires

I used to get my oil changed here often, but they kept pushing things on me. I need to change this, I need to change that. I'm pretty good with cars and used to do everything myself, but now I don't have the time and, frankly, the energy. I know that changing my oil and being forced to do it is unpleasant, and considering many people don't know this, it turns out they're trying to rip you off. I noticed that after I changed my oil, I had to go to a tire shop two or three days later because they kept finding screws. I hope management will take this into account and take action. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mr. Lube in Peterborough. My wife stopped in after discovering that her vehicle had loose lug nuts, which is obviously a serious safety concern. The staff took the time to inspect the vehicle and tighten everything properly to make sure it was safe to drive.

What really impressed us was that they didn’t charge her for the service. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, it’s refreshing to see a business put safety and customer care ahead of making a quick dollar.

The team was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. We are extremely grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

On our way to our destination, the skid plate on our car started to come loose. Since it was a Sunday, most garages were closed, so we called Mr. Lube to see if they could help. They kindly agreed and asked us to come by. After only a short wait, they took care of the issue right away and secured the skid plate back in place. The service was truly 10/10!
Thank you to the lady who answered our call and to Rana who fixed it. They didn’t charge us anything and simply asked for a smile in return.

I had trouble with my skid plate and it was barely hanging while I was driving so this was the nearest location and i went there we all had a little laugh abt it and they removed the skid in seconds and didn't even charge me for that
