Hands down best in town. Will only ever use Ptbo Tire company. The customer service is amazing. The owner.is so helpful, does not treat you like a dumb girl. He explains things if you have interest. Went as far as to bring me in after hours because a tire needs to be looked at and im awaighting the mom im in labour call. Best service in town.

I called the office at 2:46 pm on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and unfortunately the person with whom I spoke was extremely curt and intolerably rude.

Be careful about leaving your tires/alloys here for storage.

Purchased winter tires and rims from here and had left my OEM alloys and newer summer tires (which I had bought separately in Toronto) with the shop. I had informed them during the storage period that I would pay the storage charges and requested that the items be kept safe.

Months later, I was told the tires/alloys were no longer there because they needed space. What upset me most was that there was no courtesy call or prior notice before removing/discarding the tires. When I tried to speak about it and understand what happened, the interaction became very rude and the call was disconnected.

Very disappointing experience regarding customer communication and handling of customer belongings.
