Not good at all the charge over

Honestly just a great group of guys. Helped me out, blitzing fast, to the point and just a heck of fair deal. Flawless service amazing place highly highly recommend. Thanks again - D will return.

Man…. I don’t even know where to start from. The A/C in my car wasn’t working and figured there’s some sort of leak. I called on 2 days before dropping the car off and they told me it would be about $100 and to bring the car in to see what’s going on first before the inspection and they’ll call me. I dropped by and they checked and said I can drop it off on Friday. Fast forward I drop the car off on a Friday on my way to work. The guy at the front desk took about 10 mins to even say hello whilst I stood there. Anyway, not a big deal, I drop the car off waiting for a phone call for them to tell me exactly what was wrong with the car. Nothing! I called around 11:30 and asked for an update, they told me my car was next in line; I said okay no worries. 1pm rolls by, nothing, I asked my girl to stop by there and she did around 1:16 and told me my car is just sitting at the parking lot and that they said it was done. No one told me wha the issue was and see if I wanted to go ahead or just take my car somewhere else if it was too expensive fixing it with them because I’ve got multiple quotes prior. I go pick my car up and the bill ends up being $379 for an A/C fix. Excuse me? I was told it only needed a new gasket. Everywhere else around 100 dollars cheaper. Just below par customer service. Worked on the car for an hour I assume and charge that? Bitter taste in my mouth for sure and that’ll be it for me.
