They are hit or miss, very bad communication. Ask for full assembly of a part they reassured that it was the full assembly. After picking up they only brought half of what I needed. Poor communication, infair

I went through to pick up a part for my husband. They were exceedingly helpful and efficient they're pricing was also very competitive

Sent my car to best auto and tires on Toy avenue. The mechanic Kevin decided the car turbocharger is faulty.. I ordered used one from My Auto parts inc at $450 . After installing by Kevin the problem did not go away. Kevin decided the used Turbo supplied by My Auto Parts was faulty. When I called Faisal at my Auto parts he told me to send the car back to Kevin and he will ask him to replace the Gasket. Kevin did not do that because he was positive the Turbo charger was faulty so he did not do any further work on the car. My car was not repaired and my Auto Parts refused to replace the turbo. I was down $450 the cost of the turbo and another $670 the charges paid to Kevin. Later I discovered that Best Auto is actually owned by My Auto parts and is leased to Kevin.
My mistake was buying the part from My Auto parts and repairing the car at Best Auto because the relationship between lessor and lessee may work against you the customer looking for car service.
Note that the request for replacing the used Turbo was made to My Auto parts just a week after being bought I believe both parties took money they did not rightfully earn. Note I am 70+ years old if that has any bearing on the case.
