Worst branch by far, make you wait 30min on the hold and still!

Good service staff very helpful

I was looking for M12x1.5 lug nuts and called the PartSource location in Pickering to ask if they had them in stock. The employee told me to come to the store because they had many lug nuts available and wanted to check my vehicle to make sure they fit.

I specifically asked whether they had black lug nuts, but they would not give me a clear answer over the phone and insisted that I come in person.

When I arrived, they did not have the open lug nuts needed to test on my vehicle, and they were unable to check fitment as promised. As a result, I wasted my time and gas making the trip.

Based on my experience, I would recommend doing your own research before visiting. The staff I dealt with were not very knowledgeable and were unable to provide the assistance they promised.

Service is good but parts prices are high.
