Unfortunately, my experience with Velocity Performance in Pickering was extremely disappointing. I was told that tire pressure sensors had been installed and that the issue was simply that they couldn’t be programmed, and that I would need to find someone else to do it. However, I later discovered that no sensors had been installed at all.
To make matters worse, the brand-new rims they installed were damaged, and no one informed me of the damage. I also experienced repeated delays and was given inaccurate information regarding the installation timeline, ultimately waiting nearly three months for the work to be completed.
Overall, I found the communication to be poor and the experience frustrating. Transparency and honesty are important when trusting a company with your vehicle, and unfortunately, I did not receive either. I cannot recommend Velocity Performance based on my experience.
Great experience with Anthony from VP - did the job well and took the time to understand what i wanted - got a borla axle back for my lexus 350 , love it.
Great place and very friendly people. Also, thanks Victoria and the mechanic who helped me. :)
