OK Tire

Steering wheel rattles after tire change. Apparently they hate clients and making money. They do not go here everyone. They have a low rating for a reason.

Terrible customer service experience at the OK Tire Pickering location. I came in for a drop-in wheel alignment and was told by Shawn that the wait would be at least an hour, though he couldn’t provide a proper estimate. After only 5 minutes — and before my car had even been brought into service — I realized I couldn’t rearrange my other commitments and politely asked for my keys back, mentioning I would return another time. I was also there with my 4-year-old child.
Instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, Shawn became visibly agitated, rude, and blamed me for telling another customer to wait “because of you.” When I calmly asked him to be more respectful and considerate, he dismissively told me to leave and take my business elsewhere.
What’s disappointing is that many other OK Tire locations have strong reputations and positive customer service reviews, which makes this experience stand out even more. The franchise owners should seriously investigate this location before it further damages the OK Tire brand. The low Google rating for this location compared to other Ontario locations now makes complete sense.
I will never return and strongly encourage others who value professionalism, courtesy, and respect to reconsider using this location.

EDIT: Since the ownership has changed hands, I do not recommend this place. If I could leave zero stars I would. HOWEVER, if Sean is still there, he will take care of you as they fired the other jerk.

I highly recommend ok tire. They are so professional and efficient. They are now our mechanic shop for everything we need.

I am very happy with the service you provided. Buying my tires there was truly a great experience. The service provided was quick. Thank you so much. Barbara Botelho

These guys were busy, still went out of their way to help me out. Great customer service.
