I took my car in for regular maintenance and had a really bad experience. The mechanic tried to replace parts with old ones without telling me, and I caught him in the act.

After I stopped them I had my car towed out with help from my brother. When I shared my experience with others and asked around, a number of people told me this place is known for stealing or swapping car parts, which was honestly really concerning.

I definitely won’t be going back and would caution others to be careful.

I came here after my brakes were making a scratching noise. They quickly checked my car and informed me of a brake caliper problem. I got everything changed in under 1 hour I thought it was going to take so much longer.

Very disappointing experience. The auto machine did not work properly and the service quality was poor. On top of that, the staff’s attitude and way of talking were unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

The issue was not just the payment method—it was the poor customer service and unprofessional attitude I experienced. I did not create fake accounts or post spam reviews. I simply shared my honest experience. I hope you will focus on improving customer service rather than making assumptions about your customers.
Never ever recommend anyone, even i should also check reviews of others before visited you. Big mistake

Not satisfaction

This is a genuine review based on my actual experience. I was disappointed by the rude behavior and poor customer service I received. Calling honest customer feedback “fake” or “spam” does not change what I experienced.
