If we could give MORE stars, we would. Jeff’s service, personality, electrical knowledge are 100%! We had battery drain issues for well over a decade. No one could tell us what was wrong. Finally, another mechanic told us it was the electrical wiring and gave us a ball park high figure cost and advised to get another vehicle. This did not sit well with us as there was nothing else wrong with our car so my spouse did some more research and reached out to Jeff. Wow. Are we ever happy and relieved that we have our car working again. Jeff is a rare gem in the auto mechanics world. His knowledge of electrical wiring is beyond.
Jeff did a huge A/C job for me. With little accurate info for the Impala, he quoted me the job. It took significantly longer but he stuck with it and got it done, keeping to to original quote. Everything is great and I get to enjoy my favorite ride for more years to come.
We had an overnight emergency where the engine started misfiring the night before a 3 hour long trip across the border. My husband texted Jeff on a Friday night, and Jeff immediately showed up and fixed the car overnight, and delivered it back on the weekend in perfect shape, and we were able to make the trip! As usual, he was very honest in his dealings and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and tell us exactly what needed to be replaced, then drove around on a Saturday to find the parts needed. We are truly blessed to have had him nearby that weekend. 5* job as usual!
