As a small business, they offer exceptional customer service—Mike and Montana were incredibly kind, transparent, and professional throughout the process. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest, never trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.<br><br>One thing that really stood out is their amazing appointment notification and vehicle report system. You get timely updates, and a detailed digital report with photos, technician notes, and clear recommendations—it made understanding my vehicle’s needs so much easier.<br><br>They also have a loaner BMW, which was super helpful as a parent—it made scheduling repairs manageable. My only feedback would be to clean the loaner vehicle between uses (a quick vacuum and wash would go a long way).<br><br>Pricing is much more affordable than the dealership, but with better level of personalized care and expertise. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, transparent, and skilled service shop, DG Motorsport is it. Highly recommended!
