Bert's Automotive Transmissions

After speaking with multiple garages, I took my Ford Escape into Bert's Poco for a transmission rebuild. The service was great, all staff are friendly and helpful. Communication was great, even when a parts delay occurred I was not fussed at all. Car drives like it's brand new now! Highly recommend for transmission issues.

My car had a flashing engine light which I thought meant transmission. The car was literally shaking when the light came on. I thought it was transmission for sure. I had it towed to Bert’s and Dominic was so accommodating. He looked at the car. Called me a few times, explained everything and explained he couldn’t fix it since it wasn’t a transmission issue. Then he recommended someone else he trusted to fix it and gave me great direction on next steps to take. Then I worked on my car a little in the parking lot before the tow truck got there and he came out and chatted me up again and showed me the error codes he found. Great experience. I will definitely come here if I ever have transmission problems.

I've been to Bert's twice now and Dominik and his crew have been amazing both times. Great service and workmanship. I would highly recommend them. Fit me in eventhough they are constantly busy, knowing how much I rely on my vehicle. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible.
