I recant my previous review about the portage la prairie shop.<br>Put in brand new tie rods, both boots were fine. The inner tie rod boot was ripped/ torn btwn my house and the shop. The boot is INCHES from where you do the alignment and this boot issue was not mentioned at all to me while in the shop on the hoist, we even asked if there were any other issues noticed. So now I have to undo the new tie rods, change the boot which will require ANOTHER alignment.<br>I've called the shop twice and heard nothing back. I am asking for a free alignment as this was a serious miss by the technician.

Took me in on the same day for a flat and also took me into the shop and showed me the issue.<br>The two guys I dealt with were very helpful:)

On our way camping and one of our tires was close to popping. They took us in right away and sent us on our way within the hour!

Awesome staff and fast, service always done right the first-time.<br>The tire I brought in for repair had a nail in it, which I had circled with a paint stick. When I got home I found it odd that the nail was still in there, but shrugged and said " they know what they're doing".<br>I installed it.<br>It holds air perfectly.

Mitch did a great job in short time. The friendliness was also appreciated. Thank you!
