After visiting multiple Wpg dealerships, I ended up moving my deposit for a Prius PHEV to here. Partly cause they had incoming stock but mostly due to the easy-going atmosphere and seamlessness of the car buying process at this place!<br><br>They offered me good value for my trade-in; Trevor always answered my many questions quickly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process; James went over warranty and the paperwork but was never pushy about anything on the day of delivery; they lent me a work vehicle to use to get my new car registered in town; and finally, the new car itself has had no issues so far off the lot.<br><br>I would highly recommend Portage Toyota over most of the Toyota dealerships in Winnipeg.

First off the sales team James, is just an amazing guy. Layed back and not pushy. Portage Toyota is super easy to get to Just down the number 1 off to the right. This is the place to go to if you can't stand Winnipeg dealerships or looking for something comparable to the old Funks Dealership. The drive is quick and you can do almost everything over text and phone. Everyone is really friendly and down to earth.<br><br>All the insurance places are close, like one, hub, etc. They let you borrow a car to go get the insurance.<br><br>We originally ordered the LE Rav4 2026 and because of the wait for it we decided to switch the Rav4 Phev 2026 SE. We couldn't be more happier. James keeps you informed of text or email of what is going on and responded quick during my initial inquiry. He on-boarded me to the toyota app in 5m, showed me all the important things about what I should know.<br><br>The process during the close was straight forward and relatively quick. The true test for the Customer Service was that I decided that I decided I didn''t want the extended warranty for my circumstance the day after and was okay to cancel it.<br><br>Probably the best experience I have had buying. If you are from Winnipeg reading this, just go here, don't waste your time in the city.
