Kitson's Service Station Ltd

I was stranded at around 10pm on the side of the road with 2 blown drive tires on my flatdeck tow truck, just outside of Portage La Prairie. The tire shops couldn’t help me out, or they didn’t feel like getting out of bed to help.<br><br>I called Kitson’s, they understandably didn’t have tires my size, but Ken offered to help me change my tires on the side of the road if I could find tires.<br><br>Ken showed up a bit later with tools and stayed until close to 2am to help put some old spares on that I got someone to bring from Winnipeg.<br><br>Ken from Kitsons was there for almost 3 hrs, and didn’t charge me a cent!!!!<br><br>Thank you Ken, you’re awesome!!! I hope your business continues to be successful.<br><br>I highly recommend this family business. If you ever need help on the side of the road, call Kitson’s Service!!!

Mais quel mauvais service !!! En route vers Montréal, au retour de nos vacances, nous avons eu un pépin avec notre muffler sur la route. Nous avons apeller et avons eu un rendez-vous le lendemain matin à 8h afin de poursuivre notre route.<br><br>400$ plus tard, à la sortie du garage, notre muffler avait encore une fuite. Nous avons pu nous rendre jusqu'à Montréal malgré le bruit qui s'échappait.<br><br>On est allé à notre garage habituel et il nous a affirmer qu'il a patcher seulement la moitié, et que le travail était très mal effectué! Et il nous a charger le double !!! Pour une job mal faite ! On c'est faite avoir ! Le flex était même trop petit !!<br><br>C'est rire du monde ! Faite attention !

I was stranded six hours from home with my RV and kittens took me in to give me a ball joint and bearing when no one else could fit me in. They were full too, but they’re working outside and +30° weather to help me and my dogs out and I even get to plug in my camper, so my food doesn’t spoil in the dog stay cool.

Had trouble with the company truck and they couldn't fix it,but the two ladies in the office took the time to call a bunch of places until they found a place to bring my truck. They really didn't have to do that but they took the time to find a place and set me up. If that isn't customer care and the way to treat people, they deserve a medal of honor and a raise. Kitson s and those two great girls are truly the best!!!!
