I had a car issue during the holiday season last December while travelling from Montreal to Michigan with my family. It was late, freezing, and a weekend night. I called the first nearby shop—no answer. Then I called Jimmy. He was about to leave but kindly agreed to help when I explained our situation. He welcomed us to his shop, lifted the car alone in the cold, and fixed a loose plate near the driveshaft. Problem solved—and still no issues months later. Jimmy was truly our guardian angel. Jimmy was helpful in assessing my rusted frame which caused my hitch to fall off. Responded promptly and allowed me to bring my vehicle same day for diagnoses. My frame was too rusty to safely fix, so he removed my hitch for me since it was still attached on one side. Despite spending approximately 1/2 an hour, since he couldn’t fix it, he charged me nothing for his time spent. Professional, honest and friendly. Thanks again Jimmy!
