Had an issue with my back rear wheel and managed to get to Ultimate Auto about 15 min after they closed not daring to drive it any further. Kim answered my phone call and allowed me in to drop off my keys, had an appointment booked and allowed me to take a loaner to get to work the next day. I have been getting my vehicle serviced there for over 15 years but they keep impressing me with service. Because they did all this long after their OPEN sign shut off.
