I wanted to leave a review because, although the cargo box I purchased wasn’t the right fit for me, the customer service I received from Galaxy Auto was excellent.<br><br>When I first came in to buy the cargo box, I was actually quite hesitant about making the purchase.<br><br>The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident in my decision, so I didn’t think I needed to inspect anything further before taking it home. Since my trip wasn’t for another week, I stored everything in my garage until I was ready to install it.<br><br>The day before my trip, I went to get everything ready and discovered that I couldn’t open the cargo box from either side. The following morning my husband and I tried together, and it took both of us a significant amount of effort to finally get it open.<br><br>That experience made me realize that if I had been travelling alone—as I will be on this road trip—I likely wouldn’t have been able to open it at all. I wouldn’t even have been able to install it on my vehicle by myself.<br><br>Once we finally did get it open, we also found that the lid didn’t stay in a stable clamshell position and would hang over enough that it could contact and potentially scratch my Subaru. We were both incredibly frustrated because it simply wasn’t going to work for the way I needed to use it.<br><br>To make matters even more challenging, this ended up being a four-hour round trip for me—about two hours each way—to purchase the cargo box and then return it. Even though it was a significant inconvenience, the staff made the experience as easy as they could.<br><br>When I brought it back to Galaxy Auto, everyone was nothing but kind, patient, and understanding. They listened to my concerns, demonstrated the box, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. They never made me feel dismissed, and I really appreciated how professionally they handled everything.<br><br>Products don’t always work out, but great customer service is what people remember. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Galaxy Auto again because they genuinely care about their customers and handled my situation with kindness and professionalism.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team for making what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one.

Great price and service! Made it from Vancouver to calgary and edmonton without issues. Opens from both sides which is a bonus. Highly recommend anyone here!
