It was a job that required a great deal of effort and dedication, and I truly appreciate their customer-first attitude.<br><br>The issue started because the compressor that was originally purchased turned out to be defective. It was replaced once, but the replacement also had problems. On the third attempt, a compressor from a different brand was installed, and the problem was finally resolved.<br><br>I understand the fault was not theirs. What impressed me most was that Chris and Rob remained confident throughout the process and assured me they could solve the problem. Even more commendably, they did not charge any additional labor fees. With this kind of professionalism and commitment to customer service, I have no hesitation in recommending their repair shop.🙏🏾😄

I came here after seeing the good reviews online, and drove about 30 minutes for a second opinion and an estimate. My previous shop had already identified the general area of the problem.<br>I understand that a diagnostic fee is reasonable and I have no problem paying for a technician’s time. However, my car was put on the lift for a more detailed inspection without the fee being clearly explained beforehand.<br>When I asked about the charge, I was told, “You didn’t ask,” and the staff member pointed to a small note behind the computer showing the technician’s hourly rate.<br>I understand that technicians need to be paid, and I was even told that paying cash could make the price a little cheaper. But at that point, it really wasn’t about the money anymore. The way the situation was handled and communicated left me uncomfortable.<br>A simple explanation of the diagnostic fee before starting the inspection would have avoided the whole issue. I paid the diagnostic fee, but because of the experience and the attitude, I decided not to have my car repaired here
