Paid $481.60 to replace a driver airbag module.<br><br>Airbag warning light remained on immediately upon pickup.<br><br>Shop then requested additional payment for another wire repair.<br><br>Independent inspection raised concerns regarding whether the airbag module had been replaced.<br><br>Matter has been submitted to credit card dispute process.

I first brought my car to effective autobody to get a second opinion on my ICBC claim as they initially wanted to write my car off. I talked to Bobby, and he was eager to help me get my car fixed. I initially had some back and forth issues with ICBC, but eventually I got everything sorted out, and I was glad I waited. The team at effective autobody popped out my fender, fixed some bumper scuffs, and replaced one of my headlights. However, they included various extras such as polishing the old headlight to make both headlights look brand new, and they painted my entire bumper when only one side needed to be painted. They even gave my car a wash and vacuum’d the interior, which is an awesome bonus. Come to effective autobody for quality work and very welcoming customer service. Thank you Bobby.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly, approachable, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. I was a little hesitant at first since this was my first time using their shop, but after experiencing their service, I was very impressed. They did an amazing job repairing our Toyota RAV4 and made sure everything was done properly. As a nice bonus, they even washed and cleaned the car before returning it. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto body repairs.
