He is an incredibly honest, straightforward service representative who never uses high-pressure tactics to get customers to overpay for car repairs. Stephan is consistently patient, friendly, and professional.Suggestion for management:I highly recommend that your technicians provide a comprehensive vehicle report for recommended repairs. This report should include the specific test indicators and data showing why a part needs replacement. Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful if the technician clearly categorized these recommendations—noting whether a part needs immediate replacement for safety or if it is a flexible recommendation that the customer can decide on at their own pace. Having this transparency allows customers to make the best, most informed decisions for their vehicles. I am giving a final rating of 4 stars due to a lack of detailed technician reports and clear replacement recommendations.
