Wasted time and effort with the “mobile mortgage agent” who is associated to this branch, completely unable to achieve basic results, unable to achieve honest and transparent results. Unwilling to escalate or achieve results without using excuses.
When challenged he tells you to go somewhere else.
Don’t waste your time with this agent, he is the one the bank manager and staff will suggest for you,
Stay clear from this individual, I have filed complaints with TD and hope someone will review this matter

They are always short of staff! There is always a long list wait. 2 tellers and one is always occupied! Very frustrating
