I asked for tranny mount, passenger motor mount and oil change. They have created a new car for me and the amount they had asked for was nothing less than a blessing. I genuinely cannot suggest them enough and im grateful to have found a proper mechanic shop finally.

I spent about $1,000 at this shop, and instead of fixing the problem, they successfully made my engine light stay on permanently. They erased the code, charged me, and then the engine light came back again shortly after. After another erase, the same issue continued.

Even though I clearly described the driving problems I was experiencing, I had to return to their shop three separate times. Each time, they told me the car drove normally and that there was nothing wrong. But I could clearly feel that the car was not driving properly. This made the whole experience feel extremely unprofessional and made me question whether they were being honest with me.

Update: I now have additional diagnostic evidence showing that this car had P0011/P0014-related timing system issues, while this shop only found P000B and failed to identify the real problem, just erase the code every time. The actual timing angle was already off by 6 degrees, but this shop never provided me with any detailed diagnostic data or measurements at all. Because of this incomplete diagnosis, the repair did not solve anything, the engine light kept coming back, and the around $1,000 I spent there was basically wasted.
