I took my truck in to have a hanging sideview mirror reinstalled. I didn't have an appointment. My case was not an insurance claim and I was also in a hurry to keep an appointment. Joanne at reception asked Fabian to assess the problem and within minutes, his technician asked for my keys to take the car in. My wait was most pleasant, in a professional, friendly environment. In less than a 1/2 hour, the re-install was expertly done. My biggest surprise came when I asked how much it cost and Fabian said NOTHING!??! What a charitable gesture in today's money-grabbing world!! A most sincere thank you!! I highly recommend CARSTAR Richmond Hill!!
