I had hail damage fixed for 2 vehicles and they damaged them more. My sons truck had to have the windshield replaced among other stuff, and they took a chunk out of the windshield pillar then they broke my visor on the side window and my sunroof doesn’t open and close properly anymore and took a gouge out of my windshield that the wiper jumps over now and scratched my paint. We tried dealing with Rob and he kept telling us he will call us back and that he had replacement visor for my truck and he would get my sons truck in the fix the pillar. For over a year now our calls have been ignored, our messages have gone unanswered. I will never deal with them again.
It’s disappointing how many imperfections there are after completed repair.

The repair work was ok but my car came back with clear signs that paint got on my dashboard and that they had attempted to remove it, which then left scratches all over my dash. Furthermore, the wiring for my interior lights was messed up. They denied any responsibility.
