Very disappointing and concerning experience — please be careful!!!

I brought my car in for a brake replacement. Before starting the work, the mechanic insisted that I should also replace the front brake rotors, even though they were still in very good condition. I refused because I did not want to pay an unnecessary extra cost of more than $200. After that, his attitude completely changed and he became visibly angry and disrespectful.

Right after the repair, he even mentioned that “maybe your ABS light will come on soon,” which I found strange at the time. A short while later, exactly that happened. I strongly suspect something was intentionally damaged during the repair. It felt manipulative and dishonest. I later noticed signs that something may have been hit or damaged with a hammer during the work.

When I contacted him for help, he repeatedly asked me to come in, but every time I arrived he said he had “no time.” After weeks of delays, he suddenly claimed the issue could not be related because “it was three months ago,” and even told me to “go to court.” Extremely arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior toward customers.

The technical work was poor, but even worse was the lack of honesty, accountability, and basic respect. Once the payment was collected, it felt like customer care no longer mattered at all.

I would never return and would strongly advise others to be very cautious before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

Mario and the team are fantastic. They are incredibly generous and very honest people. After a potential gas leak, they ensured the vehicle was totally safe in a timely manner and kept me updated the whole time despite being busy. Everyone I interacted with was kind, and they even left gas in my tank at no charge! I definitely recommend this shop, and will be recommending it to others in the future. They truly go above and beyond.

Been a mechanic for 20 years. My son’s friend went here and was absolutely taken advantage of. Very sketchy guy and did a clutch replacement completely wrong. Do not recommend this sketchy shop
