The item ordered was listed as in stock, however part of it was back ordered. They did however make every effort to get it to me quickly and informed me along the way.
Firstly, they had the propane tank I wanted. Ordering process was simple. Communication via email was excellent and the product was shipped directly to my door. Length of time from ordering to delivery was excellent.
The part has arrived but we have not had the time or the weather to be able to install it. Hoping it will stop raining soon so we can get it put on.

Placed an order online on Nov 27, 2025 for a part the website said it had in stock. They call me to tell me they actually don't have the part in stock. They will refund my money in 3-5 business days. 148 business days later, they finally give me back my money. 148 DAYS! I would never trust this company again and advise you to do the same.
