Riverside Auto Glass

The folks at Riverside Auto Glass are absolute gems! From the woman who took my information to the service technician who was here to repair my windshield - nothing short of amazing. Friendly, very efficient, and I didn't even have to call my annoying insurance company because they did that for me! I called Riverside around 4pm on a Tuesday and they were here Wednesday morning to repair my windshield.

Great service! They swapped out my Side by Side tires (even though one had the green slime in it) and they are donating the money I pad them back to club ACTB. I stopped in later and they fixed a chip in my windshield and were super friendly the whole time. Great people to deal with! Thanks for the great service!

Fast and excellent service

We are extremely disappointed with the experience. One of the reasons we chose to support this local small business was because we believed they would stand behind their work and value their customers. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

The work in question was still within the advertised 1-year warranty period, yet the warranty has not been honoured. When we went in person to discuss the issue, the owner refused to speak with us and we were then told that a manager would contact us, but after multiple days of waiting, we have still not received a call back.

Mistakes and issues can happen with any business. What matters is how those situations are handled. The lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to stand behind the work has been very disappointing. As someone who tries to support local businesses whenever possible, I expected much better customer service and professionalism.
