Customer service is great hence 3 stars however the quality of work has gone down hill. We were recommended to use dave brown by family that know him, used him before and all was great but this time it's just so bad we decided to get a new front bumper. Colour is completely off and is extremely noticeable in the sun, cuts for the headlight washer holes are horrible, didn't even try to make it look presentable. Nice people but the quality is no longer there.
Service is great, but the work quality in the last couple years has definitely gone down. I addressed the appearance of these cuts made by the shop with the owner, who found this acceptable and didn't offer any resolution. The colour match on my paint was way off. If you aren't picky about work quality, and value communication and service, they're fantastic, but if you care more about the finished product, it may be better to look elsewhere.
BMW OEM Alloy was bent from a pot hole and vibrated at highway speeds. I left it with Dave And his team and came back a week later and picked it up.
Needless to say the car drives factory smooth again without a trace of the vibration. They accommodated my time frame and issue very well. The whole team is fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend their shop for damaged/bent rim repairs on OEM rims if they are slightly bent.
Saved me massive $$
