Very good service and accomodating

I wanted to give them a 0 rating !!!! My 21 year old daughter was new to the province and needed to obtain a safety for her used car. A mechanic in Ontario where she had just purchased it before moving to New Brunswick had saftied the car already. KV Auto ended up charging her $1500. A few years later they put in a starter and charged her $1000. The starter ended up needing to be replaced less than a year later. Also she and her partner purchased a second used car just recently and they came back to KV Auto to obtain a quote for a safety. She originally booked for an MVI, but called back to change the appointment to a Pre-MVI. During that appointment they quoted her a price of $4000 and ended up doing a full MVI and denied the car which then locked her into a 2 week timeline to get it fixed.She then decided to try another garage and the mechanic there quoted her $600 and told her all she needed where rocker panels.That is a difference of $3400!!! Needless to say she chose the latter shop.
Like i mentioned before, she has had issues with the starter that KV installed and she also needed to get the exhaust repaired. She took it to the mechanic that was fair and he just repaired both problems for under $750.As a young couple this other garage was a blessing.
DONT TRUST KV AUTO!!!!
They take advantage of people
THEY OVERCHARGE INNOCENT PEOPLE!

A1 service. Owner is generally on-site, easy to talk with. Especially talking with a woman who has no idea about cars.👍
