Lisa and Firth were incredibly helpful. I came in as a last-minute walk-in with a damaged car, and they still did their best to accommodate me. I truly appreciated their hospitality, especially offering me a ride home and back to the shop. Lisa was very attentive and took the time to clearly explain the entire process.
