⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would.
My husband recently went to Goguen Mag Wheels & Tires to order specific Toyo winter tires and to book an alignment. He knew exactly what he wanted and made the request very clearly. When the appointment date came, he showed up only to be told he didn’t have an alignment booked, even though he had asked for one. They rescheduled the alignment, took the truck in for the tire install, and he waited while they completed the work.
On his way home, he noticed the tires were extremely noisy, so he pulled over to check. That’s when he discovered that they hadn’t ordered or installed the winter tires he requested at all. Instead of winter tires, they installed mud tires — completely useless for the conditions we need them for.
When we contacted Goguen to fix the situation, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. Now, I’m forced to travel to all of my special-needs son’s winter appointments on mud tires because the business can’t even order what was requested. Their response? That we should have checked our receipt. Maybe the focus should be on their competence in ordering the correct product in the first place.
This entire experience has been frustrating, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Goguen Mag Wheels to anyone.
