A terrible experience. I went in for a simple $35 tire change, and the mechanic broke his own tool while removing my lug nuts. Then, I was charged $68, plus fees for the broken tool and extra time. A garage absolutely has no right to charge the customer for broken equipment; it's against all professional standards. This is a dishonest and completely unacceptable practice. I strongly advise against this garage and I will never go back.
