Seems like they are allergic to answering the phone. Been having issues with my car and haven't been able to get in contact with them, I've called every day just to get no response. They don't listen to voicemails which doesn't surprise me and they seem to only take emails for service bookings which is absurd in my opinion. That being said they are knowledgeable about the cars they work on in my experience.

In my personal opinion, this is one of the most remarkably unprofessional automotive shops I’ve ever come across. The attitude, the workmanship, and the overall experience left me genuinely stunned. It felt as though basic standards of honesty, quality control, and customer respect simply weren’t priorities here.

What stood out the most was the total absence of accountability. Any concern raised was waved away or handled with an almost dismissive arrogance, as if the customer is an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. That alone tells you more than enough about the culture behind the counter.

The service I received was, in my view, far below anything that could be considered acceptable. It left me questioning how many others have walked away with the same feeling — and how long practices like this can continue before someone finally decides to start asking the kinds of questions this business seems determined to avoid.

If you value professionalism, integrity, and work done properly the first time, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. In my experience, this place operates in a way that eventually catches up with businesses — and when it does, it usually happens fast.
