I am very disappointed with the service provided by this mechanic. Despite assurances, my experience was marred by consistently broken promises and outright lies from the staff. Initial estimates were wildly inaccurate, and I was repeatedly told my car would be ready, only to discover major delays.

The lack of transparency reached a point where it became apparent that I had been misled about the progress of my car repairs. This not only inconvenienced me as I had to go to their shop a number of times after being told it would be ready, but it also broke my trust in their professionalism. Adding to the frustration, the owner’s response to my concerns was quite inappropriate. During a conversation about the delays, the owner actually raised his voice at me for wondering what was going on, further highlighting the lack of professionalism and customer service.

I was shocked to find out that my car could not be finished by grove auto, and the dealership had to step in to complete the job. This possibility was not communicated when I brought it in, and they willingly accepted the job without providing such crucial information.

As someone who relies on their vehicle for work, the dismissive attitude towards accurate updates and timely service is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to consider these shortcomings seriously before going to this mechanic with their vehicle repairs.

Fix our car no problem took a while to get our car back but was fix perfectly

From my experience I had my truck looked at a few times for the same thing with this company. Whenever it was finished I never recieved a call whenever it was done and i was left waiting. I always had to call to see if it was done. My biggest complaint right now, why I'm even wrighting this review is because when I first brought my 2006 Tacoma in for the lift kit certification we were told we didn't need one. We were insistent that we didn't care about it costing a bit because our main concern is that we wanted to be legal, no issues with police. They still insisted it was fine because it was considered to be a smaller truck. Well, last week my boyfriend was pulled over thankfully only with a warning. They said it didn't matter the size, as long as there were any modifications at all it "had" to be certified. I was extremely outraged at how we were set up, not cool, not fair. Be warned not to trust what they say.
