Got rocker panels replaced. Looks really good, good communication about drop off/pick up times, friendly service, car was ready when promised. My only quibble was the amount of dust in the interior. Would closing the vents have helped? Maybe this much dust is inevitable with this kind of repair. Anyway, after a couple hours of vacuuming/wiping, the car looks new inside AND out. I’d go to Tom’s again.

Friendly staff who are fast, efficient and do quality work. Very pleased with the service.
I scheduled appointments with the owner twice, and each time he kept my vehicle for a full day without completing any work. After all that time, he finally told me the parts he ordered were wrong and that he no longer had time to order the correct ones or finish the installation. He initially took $1200 in cash but did not perform any work at all.
