I don’t recommend this shop. They once inspected my car and quoted over $4,500 in repairs, but the actual cost ended up being around $1,500. Because of that, I can’t recommend them.
Don't get your exhaust done here, looked brutal and whatever they welded in snapped in half
I would strongly recommend avoiding Crowe’s Auto Body & Mechanic based on my experience.
I brought my vehicle in last November for minor body work (paint scratches) and rust repair along both rocker panels. The job cost $2600 and took just over a week, which initially seemed reasonable. However, the quality of the work was extremely disappointing. The paint job was uneven, cracked, and already peeling when I got the car back. There was paint left on my windows, along with new chips on the trunk and above the rear lights.
When I returned the next day to have the peeling fixed, I was turned away. By December, I noticed the rust had completely come back in the exact same areas—less than a month later—suggesting the repair wasn’t done properly in the first place.
Since January, I’ve made repeated attempts to have the issue resolved. I was told they needed to locate my receipt before proceeding and that I would be contacted. I never received a call. Over the next three months, I returned weekly, called daily, and left messages and notes—only to be met with constant excuses (needing to speak to the owner, staff unavailable, etc.) and no resolution.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I tried to support a local business, but unfortunately, I would not return and cannot recommend this shop to others. I’ve attached photos of the work done and what it looks like now in April.
Posting this on behalf of a friend who doesn’t usually leave reviews, but honestly should have in this case.
They had their vehicle repaired at Crowe’s Auto Body & Mechanic after a minor accident—mainly paint work and rust repair along the rocker panels. The job cost over $2500 and took about a week, which seemed reasonable at first.
Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. The paint came back uneven, already cracking and peeling, with overspray left on the windows and new chips elsewhere on the car. Even worse, the rust they were told had been removed came back in less than a month in the exact same spots.
Since then, they’ve made multiple attempts over several months to get the issue resolved—calls, messages, and in-person visits—but have been consistently turned away or told to wait for someone who is never available. No follow-up, no accountability, and no effort to fix the problem.
Really disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on what I’ve seen them go through.
Great folks, great service!!!
