This Garage is the best in the city. The owner Anas is so fair and has great prices. I Will never go anywhere else. He takes care of our vehicle like it’s his own. And can’t forget the mechanics awesome

Great shop and very active owner. I did Tire rotations and balancing was satisfied with service.

UPDATE (June 10): Was in contact with BS by phone, the owner told me to come in to the shop and he would provide the refund requested via the BBB (I only requested a partial refund for the bill $258), so I could remove the BBB claim. I went to their shop a couple weeks later (I work nights and live 40min away, so I'm not in the area often) After driving 40min, the owner offered me a partial refund of the requested refund (which was only part of the actual amount paid in the first place) and stated my " review left on Google is unfair". So basically, refusing to give the refund as agreed, because I left and honest (albeit negative) review. My opinion of this business remains the same. They are deceitful, corrupt and dishonest. I have reported everything to my CC company who will be processing the refund and reporting these deceptive business practices to VISA and MC. I have also reported their attempt to bribe me to close my claim to the BBB.

Sept 23, 2025 - Car alignment. Told need ball joint - driver’s. No alignment. Part installed. Returned Nov 25. Told need inner & outer tie rod - driver’s. Alignment done (79.99+tax), agreed when parts arrived, would replace (chargeable) & adjust alignment (free). Dec 17 parts installed ($88+tax) alignment adjusted ($40+ tax despite agreement). Rattling sound in front end. Jan 2026 regular mechanic said passenger inner tie rod bad, would have been obvious during alignment. Reported to BS they agreed once replaced would adjust alignment free. Replaced Jan 16. Back to BS for adjustment Feb 3, not charged. Nov 26 Took Truck to BS for upper control arm, lower ball joint, inner tie rod passenger side & alignment. Told $352 for work + $100 for alignment + tax when booking. Nov 26 inquire about pick up (14:38), told still finishing install, alignment not yet done. 16:32, truck ready for pick up before close 17:00. Total over $200 more than original agreement ($540+100+tax). Agreed to pay $100 more ($638.24 total) as not contacted to approve additional costs. Took directly to mechanic after - manifold replacement & repairs for MVI. (Jan 20, 2026) mechanic mentioned steering off about 20 degrees, alignment not done correctly. MVI Jan 23, mechanic there told me the same. Called BS to report misalignment, they scheduled Feb 20 alignment adjustment - courtesy. Arrived BS, they asked where I'd driven (only 3 places barely 700 kms all highway). Told me driver's control arm bad, causing misalignment. Said I have to replace & pay for new alignment. Took to new mechanic for control arm, told nothing wrong with control arm, BS just trying to charge for new alignment thinking ai wouldn’t know any better.
2 vehicles in 2 months, worn major front-end parts missed, or ignored. When replaced, require realignment & additional costs despite being told they would adjust free of charge. Live 30+ min (80kms round trip) away & need time off. Multiple trips = waste of time & money. Doing alignment, when worn parts = unprofessional, dangerous, deceptive way to charge more fees. Claiming parts are bad when they are not = flat out lying!! I feel if I were male, these games would not have been played. Spent $877.43 since Nov 25 + 6 trips (480kms) for 2 vehicle alignments & and 1 is still not even lined up.

My car was making noises and it was smelling smoke inside de car, which it was an exhaust related issue! A friend gave me the recommendation for that shop, and I discovered why my friend recommended that shop, really friendly owner and the whole team, great and fast service and honest price as well!! It will be my car shop from now on for sure!!!
