Best in Town!
Back story, we had our wheel bearing on both sides of the car, we felt something weird after, which felt like we kept going over a small lump every time the tires moved. Went back to get the tires switched over⊠it suddenly didnât feel much better, worse if anything. My friend whoâs a mechanic said, bring it in for an alignment, and they wonât be able to do it & will tell you what it is. I came into fairweather tire FULLY aware, that they shouldnât be able to do the alignment, before it the car would veer to the right, anyway⊠got the alignment done, got onto the highway, and suddenly it wasnât a veer anymore, it was a strong pull to the right as SOON as you let your hand up off the steering wheel. The feeling of going over the bump was still there, they told us they couldnât collaborate it properly in certain spots, 10 days later we call back & explain that since the pull is completely out of whack. We take the guy in the garage for a drive, he acknowledges it, we go back⊠they try something else, he takes it out⊠comes right back and says itâs all fixed, I said no we need to drive the highway⊠sure enough, it was NOT all fixed, again⊠aggressively to the right. This point even the mechanic there doesnt understand (this being said weâve already made it abundantly clear we think itâs the ball joint, we made that clear 10 days PRIOR but they kept telling us there was no issue. Did the alignment, some how things changed on the alignment that we were told they couldnât do last time? Anyway, we take it to Honda a week later because the feeling is still there⊠sure enough, alignment? Out of wack, but guess what? The ball joint that we kept getting told that nothing was wrongâŠ. Had lots of play in it. We get it replaced, Rob the supervisor? Said to bring the old one in, might I add, Rob hasnât had the best attitude since we had to come in the second time⊠tells us to bring the old one in, still doesnât want to accept that they clearly didnât check properly. I even asked Honda, is this new? He said no! they should never of done the alignment. We take the old ball joint, and splendid attitude Rob, takes it with his great personality, wiggles it with his finger AS ITS MOVING, says he â sees nothing wrong with itâ and whips it into the garbage. gives us our money back & sends us on our way. No hi, bye nothing. lol. I wanna rewind to that second time being there though. There was an older gentleman in there, also back for his second time. He brought bran new tires in & needed an alignment also the first time. They put those tires on for him⊠he woke up the next day & all his tires were flat. Brought it back in, somehow⊠someway, ALL 4 stems were cut off. Clearly this was THEIR mistake again, but guess what? They CHARGED him $160 xtra for all the tiresâŠ. When the poor guy asked why, Andrew the advisor explains â well I need to pay my shop guys so thatâs what it isâ. I couldnât imagineâŠ. They charged this guy $35 A STEMâŠ.. yall need to get your shit together. Sickening that these shops are taken advantage of people, sad enough the alignment is $150. Do better 𫶠I have lots of videos and pictures if needed.
Updating a five star review from 6 years ago, which stills holds true. Solid customer experience every time. I have my tires changed here every year (and keep them stored there as well). It's consistently quick, professional, thorough, and they give me solid advice.
