My vehicle had a noisy wheel bearing, but I couldn’t determine which side was causing the problem. I had already visited two different repair shops, and each gave me a different diagnosis. Even ChatGPT suggested something different.
When I brought the car to MSA, their technicians identified the problem within just a few minutes. Honestly, I was surprised because their diagnosis was completely different from what everyone else had told me. Although I didn’t say it out loud, I was very skeptical of their conclusion.
About an hour later, the repair was completed. After driving the vehicle for a while, I realized the noise was completely gone. At that moment, I knew they were right.
