Bought a 2024 pioneer there a few months back have tried on 4 different occasions to contact Scott the sales guy i bought it from left my name and number the last time I called was a month ago never did get a call back for sure won't be purchasing anything from him or the buisness again
Great service for sure. Dealt with Scott, this is the 2nd SXS we bought from him. Trevor was great, we had an issue with the steering and Trevor was kind enough to stop in to our home and make the adjustment. Certainly a great bunch to deal with.
Everyone at Down East Powersports was incredible. My motorcycle broke down in Saint John during a long road trip from Canada to Florida, and I was on a tight timeline to get home. The team quickly fixed the bike and helped get me back on the road.

A critical warning to ownership regarding catastrophic service failures!
I am writing this review so ownership understands the severe financial and reputational consequences of how this shop is currently managed. This situation represents a catastrophic failure in customer service that turned an incredibly excited, effortless sale into a completely derailed transaction.I came in ready to purchase a brand-new motorcycle, with a family member fully planning to purchase a second bike from you the following week. We were happy customers, eager to finalize my deal. Instead, I was met with absolute exhaustion, massive amounts of wasted time, and the frustrating feeling of being treated as "less than."The mismanagement forced me to walk away entirely, costing you two guaranteed sales. The administrative hassle and out-of-pocket bank fees I incurred to cancel my official money drafts are incredibly frustrating. However, those out-of-pocket costs will be pennies compared to the massive business loss this dealership is about to experience.Because of this treatment, both of our planned purchases are cancelled, and everyone at my workplace is now being actively advised to avoid this establishment entirely. Word travels fast in our community. Ownership needs to look closely at how their staff is destroying customer goodwill and driving away guaranteed, high-value business.
