I went to this location to have my winter tires replaced with all-season tires. Unfortunately, the experience wasdismissive, and showed very little interest in assisting me.
The following day, I checked the wheel nuts as I was approaching the recommended kilometer range to re-torque them. During this check, I discovered that one lug nut had completely fallen off and another was stripped. This strongly suggests that the nuts were improperly installed using an impact gun instead of being correctly torqued to specification.
This is not a minor mistake—this is a serious safety issue. Improperly installed wheel nuts could have caused significant damage to my vehicle or led to a dangerous situation for me and my daughter while driving.
To make matters worse, the tires I was sold were not the all-season tires I requested—they were winter tires. This raises serious concerns about the knowledge and attention to detail of the staff.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. Customers expect to receive the correct products and to have basic mechanical work performed safely and properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
