Very disappointing experience. I booked an MVI appointment on Monday for Saturday at 10:00 AM and even stopped by on Friday to confirm everything was still scheduled. I was assured twice that my appointment was confirmed.
When I arrived on Saturday, I was told they couldn't do the inspection because they had mixed me up with someone else and were fully booked. My sticker was expiring the next day, which is exactly why I booked in advance and confirmed the appointment.
To make matters worse, they promised they would still fit me in that day and said they would call me back once they knew what time. Nobody ever called.
Completely unprofessional and disorganized. They wasted my time and left me dealing with the consequences of their mistake. I would not trust NPI with any time-sensitive service.
